Validity of each pack of language courses
The pack of 5 courses is valid for 5 weeks maximum as it is designed to be an online Bootcamp. According to your agenda, you could decide to attend your courses in a shorter period of time, like 1 week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks.
The pack of 10 courses is valid for 3 months maximum.
The pack of 15 courses is valid for 6 months maximum.
The pack of 20 courses is valid for 8 months maximum.
The pack of 40 courses is valid for 12 months maximum.
Cancellation policy
Any course cancelled by the teacher will not be charged on your pack of courses.
Pack of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 40 courses
After purchasing your pack of online language courses, you will receive a timetable according to the weekly days and times we agreed on.
If you have unavailability at the usual time and day of your course, we will reschedule your course in the same week as much as we can. You can send me an email at frenchcoursesaurelia@gmail.com more than 48 hours before the time of your course to reschedule it.
In case of late cancellation on your behalf, which means emailing me less than 48 hours before the time of your course, the course will be charged on your pack of courses.
We can however tolerate late cancellation (48 to 2 hours before scheduled time of your course) of 1 course out of 20 courses or 2 courses out of 40 courses with no charge. Emailing less than 2 hours before or no show at the time of your course means it will be deducted on your pack of courses. Thank you for your understanding in making your language course a priority.
